This 5.6% ABV traditional English Porter is smooth, malt forward and very enjoyable. We decided to do a variation which was aged on cocoa nibs and vanilla and carbonated for a nitrogen (beer gas) pour. Despite its desert like ingredients, its very easy drinking and well balanced so you can enjoy several.

We took our Last Ride Belgian-style Pale Ale recipe and fermented it with Apricot puree. The result is a lower ABV (5.6%) fruited beer with highlights of light fruits and black pepper from the Belgian yeast.

This 3.9% dry-hopped light lager has a pleasant hop aroma and flavor from our use of the popular Strata hops backed with a light cracker, dough-like malt backbone. This low-gluten lager is a perfect sessionable lager for the summer with just enough hops to appeal to hop lovers and those that want to enjoy a few beers without feeling full or drunk.

We used a full 44lb box of the highly sought after Strata hops in making this hoppy beast. To round out the citrus flavor profile we used Citra and Azacca hops. Of course we kept the bitterness low and created a rich mouthfeel as expected from a proper juicy IPA.

This beer is a rich, juicy hazy double IPA that finishes semi-sweet with low bitterness. We used massive amounts of El Dorado, Southern Cross and Citra hops to make this amazing alien-repellent brew.

We used Idaho 7 and Citra from the Pacific Northwest combined with massive amounts of Mosaic. This combination of hops creates bursting aromas and flavors of juicy tropical fruits with hints of pine. The mid-palate is fruity sweet and it finishes semi-dry with very low bitterness for a hoppy beer.
