This 6.5% ABV hazy IPA has a complex assortment of juicy citrus (orange, grapefruit) and tropical fruit (papaya) character in the nose and flavor. The mid-palate is fruity sweet and it finishes semi-dry with very low bitterness for a hoppy beer. We used Citra, Idaho 7 and the popular Mosaic hops in this beer at the end of the boil and repeated dry hopping to maximize the tropical fruity flavors.
