This 5.7% ABV hazy IPA has a bursting assortment of juicy fruit (lemon, tangerine, apricot, papaya aromas and flavors. The mid-palate is somewhat sweet with remnants of the fruit flavors transitioning to a semi-sweet finish with very low bitterness. We used Galaxy, Ekuanot and the super popular Mosaic hops in this beer at the end of the boil and repeated dry hopping to maximize the tropical fruity flavors.
